01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and PH68 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the PH68 website, mobile application, and any services or features accessible through the platform.

Accessing the PH68 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and PH68.

02 Eligibility

To register and use PH68, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of anyone employed by PH68 or its partners.

PH68 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible individuals will be suspended and any balances may be withheld pending review.

03 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the PH68 platform. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Your account credentials — including your username and password — are confidential. You must not share them with any other person. PH68 will never ask for your full password via email or chat support. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawal access is unlocked. This process involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include additional documentation. Account verification is handled securely within the platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on PH68 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). PH68 supports deposits via GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and local bank transfer. No currency conversion is applied to transactions on the platform.

Deposits are credited to your PH68 account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and are processed according to the tier and queue applicable to your account at the time of the request.

• You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are subject to platform processing timelines, which vary by account tier.
• PH68 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds used to claim bonus offers may be subject to specific wagering conditions before becoming withdrawable.

PH68 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or withdrawal methods for gaming activity on the platform.

05 Games & Betting Rules

PH68 offers sports betting, live casino games, online slots, eBingo, online poker, and related gaming products. Each game category and individual game may have its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or relevant section of the platform.

All bets placed on PH68 are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error during a game or betting event, PH68 will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate outcome, which may include voiding the affected bets.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game type and market.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or have restrictions applied without prior notice.
• PH68 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets or due to obvious errors.
• Results for live casino games are determined by real-time action at the table — PH68 does not alter or influence outcomes after the fact.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

PH68 may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other promotional rewards from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including any wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposits, and validity periods, which will be stated at the time the offer is presented.

Where no specific terms are stated for a promotion, the general bonus terms of PH68 apply. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without first meeting the applicable wagering conditions.

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be exploited through coordinated or systematic betting patterns.
• PH68 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to require additional verification before crediting a bonus.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus terms may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the PH68 platform — including the PH68 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to PH68 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the PH68 platform or its content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of publicly accessible platform content is permitted provided it does not involve modifying, removing, or misrepresenting PH68 materials.

10 Limitation of Liability

PH68 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, PH68 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruptions to live game streams.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Account Termination

You may close your PH68 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to any applicable bonus conditions.

PH68 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that PH68 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or its players. In cases of confirmed fraud, PH68 reserves the right to withhold associated funds.

12 Changes to These Terms

PH68 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via email to the address on file. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continuing to use the PH68 platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
